Basic exceptions of car civil liability coverage

• When the insured vehicle is participating in races or parades
• When the driver is under the influence of alcohol or toxically substances
• When the driver does not have a legal driving license
• When the vehicle is being used for other use than the one that is written in the driving license
• When a transferee carriage causes the damage
• When the vehicle transports passengers or carriage above the allowed limit, according to the driving license
• When the vehicle is in embarkation/disembarkation space or during embarkation/disembarkation or on a Ferry Boat, ship, railroad, truck, or other transporter, unless there is a proportional coverage in the contract
